Resource Consultation

Resource consultation is a customized service provided by Collaborative Journeys, LLC CEO Emily Beerbower to help families locate, apply for, and utilize specialized resources for complex situations beyond the scope of community agency case managers. Unlike Concierge Care Coordination, Resource Consultation is a one time service/fee focused on a specific need.

This program is private pay only. Cost depends on the complexity of the consultation request and will be agreed upon before services.

Collaborative Journeys LLC recognizes that many individuals who need this the most cannot afford out-of-pocket fees and is pleased to offer one free resource consultation per month for a family or individual in need.. This is available on a first come first serve basis. Please do not apply for this unless there is financial need. This offer uses the “honor system” and trusts that individuals who do not need the grant will not apply and has no income criteria.
