Create a Service

Looking for a service you can’t find? The flexibility of ESA and private pay allows us to tailor and create specific services when possible. Please fill out a request on the “Inquire About Services” page with information about what service you would like offered. After gathering any additional information the request will be sent out to all our clinicians who would be qualified to provide the service and you will be sent their profiles to discuss and design it further.

Availability, and face-to-face vs. virtual, will depend on the service requested and the location of a qualified provider.
